Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your jewelry is tracked and insured during transit.
Pack Securely
Place your jewelry back in its original Moonglow box and use a padded envelope to prevent any damage during the shipping process.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
